I'm currently working with a fantastic charity based in Cardiff that's looking for interim financial leadership during a key transitional period. Whether you're looking for 3-4 days a week or full-time , this is a flexible opportunity for the right candidate to make a genuine impact. The Role This is a broad, high-impact role requiring someone who's just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves as they are advising senior leadership. You'll lead on budget setting , work closely with teams across the organisation, and bring financial oversight to bid development and funding applications . It's a perfect fit for someone with charity sector experience , but we're open to those from other mission-driven or complex environments who can demonstrate strong stakeholder and financial management skills. Key Responsibilities Lead budget setting and planning for the next financial cycle
Provide strategic support to the CEO and board during a period of change
