About the Company My client, based in Kingston Upon Hull, is a privately owned, highly entrepreneurial organisation, with an impressive track record of growth in recent years. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager/ Senior Finance Manager to step into a 9/12 month fixed term contract. Role Overview Management and motivation of a small finance team. Preparation of accurate monthly management accounts with commentary and comparison to budget. Preparation and review of periodic financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, budgets, cash flows and variance analysis. Liaise with Senior Management team investigating actual sales variances against budget and forecast. Completion and submission of Quarterly VAT returns. Preparation and processing of the monthly payroll including submissions to HMRC. Analysis and reporting of core KPIs financial and non-financial, plans and forecasts.<...
