Interim Finance Business Partner West Yorkshire - Hybrid 3-6 months £300 - £330 Are you a commercially minded finance professional who thrives on partnering with the business to deliver insight and drive performance? This is a high-impact role at the heart of a fast-paced, market-leading organisation, offering the chance to influence strategic decisions and add real value. What you'll do:
Act as a trusted partner to commercial teams, providing financial insight and constructive challenge to support decision-making. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes, ensuring clarity on risks and opportunities. Analyse promotional activity and investment returns, helping shape future strategies. Drive continuous improvement, challenging current ways of working and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Develop advanced reporting tools using Power BI to enhance business understanding. Support new business tenders and cross-functional projects, contributing to growth and efficiency.
What we're looking for:
Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA) with strong post-qualification experience. Commercially astute with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Advanced Excel and Power BI expertise. Ability to influence and build relationships across non-financial teams. Comfortable working under pressure and delivering to tight deadlines.
