Key Responsibilities: Deliver cost estimates for MEP/building services packages in master plans

Input into early-stage feasibility, zoning, and concept design cost planning

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and planners on technical cost strategy

Benchmark infrastructure and services costs across large, complex sites

Support value engineering, risk analysis, and procurement strategy

Requirements: 5-20+ year's QS experience in consultancy, with an MEP / engineering focus

Strong background in large master plan projects within construction

Skilled in cost planning tools (e.g. CostX , Excel, etc.)
