Key responsibilities include: Sourcing Strategy: Shape and lead the sourcing strategy and route‑to‑market for the ERP solution and implementation partner, ensuring compliance with public procurement regulations. Requirements & Specification: Support workshops and challenge business, functional, and non‑functional requirements, converting these into clear, testable tender documentation. Tender Pack Development: Own the development of all procurement materials, including ITT documents, specifications, evaluation methodology, scoring models, and pricing/commercial schedules. Tender Management: Run the end‑to‑end tender process-supplier communications, responses, clarifications, governance checkpoints, and timetable management. Evaluation & Moderation: Lead structured evaluation of written submissions, demos, and commercial proposals; facilitate fair and auditable scoring sessions.
