An Interim Diversity and Inclusion Consultant to:

Review the current ED&I function and offering to provide improvements Improve senior representation in the organisation Develop best ED&I practice across the organisation Influence recruitment best practice and inclusive hiring techniques Deliver Equality Impact Assessments Focus on making a difference on culture, representation and influence positive change Look at re-establishing Employee Network Groups, and realign the governance and framework Review the ED&I training offering for staff Review the pay gap report and diversity data to identify recommendations for improve, with a key focus on disabilityProfile

An Interim Diversity and Inclusion Consultant with:

Previous experience of improving an ED&I function and re-aligning the ERG's Previous NFP or housing sector experience Able to start at short noticeJob Offer
