Job Description
We are partnering with a global software organisation who looking for interim support for the next 3-6 months in the form of a lawyer with significant technology/IP/IT experience and the ability to manage deals with complex commercial contracts and/or licensing agreements and ideally, prior open source licensing experience.
We are keen to hear from E&W qualified lawyers with the necessary RTW in the UK who have a strong private practice background and recent inhouse experience in a technology company.
AI literacy and ideally some AI ops and data privacy experience, a bonus!
