Interim Children’s Home Manager | Southeast England | 3 months | Day rate contract outside IR35 An experienced Interim Children’s Home Manager is required to provide strong, stable leadership for a children’s residential home. This is a hands‑on interim assignment focused on maintaining compliance, improving outcomes for young people, and stabilising/strengthening the staff team and day‑to‑day operations. Experience required:

Proven experience managing a children’s residential home as Registered Manager / Interim Manager Experience with EBD/SEMH, complex needs, or therapeutic models Strong working knowledge of Ofsted and quality standards for children’s homes Confident leading through change management in services in an interim capacity Strong safeguarding knowledge and confident decision‑making Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills DBS must be on the update service
