Interim Business Project Manager

Client: Major Pharmaceuticals organisation
\n
Rate: £350 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
\n
Location: West London (3 days onsite)
\n
Duration: 12-month contract
\n
\n
A leading global biopharma organisation is seeking a Project Manager to drive the integration of complex data systems and support smarter, insight-led decision making across Evidence programmes.
\n
\n
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of data, systems, and strategy, supporting the organisation's move from multiple, disparate systems, to a single integrated platform.
\n
\n
You will work closely with senior stakeholders and the external vendor to translate business requirements, define required capabilities, to advance benchmarking and scenario planning.
\n
\n
The Role:
\n
\n
Lead the integration and migration of multiple data sources into a unified tracking platform
\n
Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable delivery plans
\n
Act as the central point of coordination across internal teams, vendors, and leadership
\n
Be the subject matter expert (SME) for Evidence systems, supporting ongoing enhancements and user needs
\n
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
\n
Support and optimise use of planning tools for reporting and forecasting
\n
Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing support
\n
Identify and implement analytics, AI, and BI solutions to enhance decision-making
\n
Build strong partnerships with the Evidence Team to continuously improve processes, systems, and ways of working
\n
\n

Requirements:
\n
\n
Proven experience in Business Project Management (not solely focused on IT Project Management)
\n
Strong track record of stakeholder engagement and vendor management
\n
Experience with system implementation, data migration, or digital transformation programmes
\n
Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data quality and governance
\n
Comfortable operating in complex, regulated, or cross-functional environments
\n
Advantageous would be any prior experience with Evidence systems
\n
Familiarity with Planisware or similar tools would be beneficial
\n
\n
