Interconnects Design Engineer\n\n6 month contract\n\nBased in Stevenage\n\nOffering £60ph Inside IR35\n\nDo you have experience with Zuken E3?\n\nDo you have experience with Windchill or similar?\n\nDo you want to work with an industry-leading company?\n\nIf your answer to these is yes, then this could be the role for you!\n\nAs the Interconnects Design Engineer, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry.\n\nYou will be involved in:\n\nInterpret sub-system requirements\nGenerate electrical schematics and cable design definitions utilising Zuken E3\nProvide assistance, guidance, and issue resolution for E3 users\nUtilise & integrate Zuken E3 throughout the product development lifecycle\nCarry out investigations into a full range of cable problems and issues\nProvide guidance and support to other areas of the business in order to resolve any manufacturing issues \n\nYour skillset may include:\n\nExperience in the use of Zuken E3\nCable and related products (E3.Formboard/ E3.3D Transformer beneficial)\nA proven ability to define, deploy, and refine processes and best practices within E3, including electrical topology, wiring schematics, and 2D manufacturing drawing processes and standards\nProven ability to develop and deliver technical instruction to E3 users\nThorough understanding of product data management and change management within Windchill or similar\nThe ability to design cable assemblies based upon electrical constraints such as current, screening, signal types, volt drop, EMC, and environmental requirements\nExperience with PTC CREO Cabling \n\nIf this all sounds like something you will be interested in then simply apply and we can discuss the opportunity further!\n\nInterconnects Design Engineer\n\n6 month contract\n\nBased in Stevenage\n\nOffering £60ph Inside IR35\n\nDisclaimer:\n\nThis vacancy is being advertised by either Advanced Resource Managers Limited, Advanced Resource Managers IT Limited or Advanced Resource Managers Engineering Limited ("ARM").
