You'll design and deliver integrations across their core applications (CRM, HR, Finance and more), ensuring the business runs smoothly, efficiently, and with accurate, real-time data.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and developing integrations across internal applications.
• Building and maintaining APIs and middleware solutions.
• Mapping workflows and translating business needs into clear technical designs.
• Managing data synchronisation, quality and validation.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to harmonise systems and processes.
• Identifying integration risks or bottlenecks and leading mitigation efforts.
• Documenting integrations, processes and specifications for clarity and governance.
• Supporting ongoing optimisation and ensuring the reliability of our integration landscape.

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of APIs, data mapping and system workflows.
• Experience integrating business systems such as CRM, HRIS or Finance.
• Ability to analyse data flows and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• A structured, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
• (Bonus) Experience with middleware platforms or automation tools.
