Job Description

My client, a leading software business, is looking for a contract Project Manager to support the Integration Lead with the integration of a newly acquired business. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role supporting a high-impact M&A project, driving integration and transformation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end project management for the acquisition, from planning through to integration
  • Provide change management support and ensure effective stakeholder engagement throughout the process
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on project objectives and timelines


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years’ project management experience, ideally within the tech/software sector
  • Proven exposure to mergers & acquisitions (M&A) projects, particularly post-merger integration
  • Strong change management skills and a track record of engaging diverse stakeholders


Contract Details:

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: 6 month initial (with scope to extend a further 6 months)
  • Location: London (Hybrid)
  • Competitive day rate (Inside IR35)
