This is a varied, non-broking role offering exposure across multiple lines of cover and the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across the business. This role is ideal for someone currently in broking, claims, or underwriting who is looking to move in-house and gain broader, more commercial exposure.The Role Youll play a key role in managing internal insurance operations, supporting policy administration, coordinating claims, and ensuring accurate reporting. Acting as a central point of contact, youll work across the business as well as with external brokers and insurers.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport administration of Group insurance policies across multiple lines (liability, property, motor, D&O, etc.)Maintain accurate policy records, schedules, and insurance registersAssist with renewals, including data gathering and broker submissionsCoordinate claims end-to-end, liaising with stakeholders, insurers, and loss adjustersTrack claims data and support reporting and trend analysisProvide guidance to internal teams on claims processes and incident reportingSupport broker and insurer relationships, including audits and site visitsEnsure compliance with internal governance and support audit requirementsAbout YouExperience within insurance, claims, broking, or underwritingStrong understanding of insurance fundamentals and claims processesHighly organised with strong attention to detailConfident communicator, comfortable working with internal stakeholdersStrong Excel and data handling capabilityDesirableExperience within a corporate or multinational environmentExposure to global insurance programmesWorking towards (or interested in) ACII or similar qualificationsWhy Consider This RoleA genuine opportunity to move in-house, offering broader exposure than a typical market-facing role.
