Responding to inbound calls and emails from customers regarding policy coverage, benefits, and claims Assisting customers with their health insurance applications, renewals, and account queries Handling and resolving complaints in a professional and empathetic manner Escalating complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams Updating customer information and interactions accurately in the CRM system
