The role of Installation Technician is to support clients and our field-based employees with product installations, repairs, audits, training and other technical duties. The role requires significant traveling to customer homes and office buildings to build equipment or troubleshoot or fix existing problems with existing products. This role would suit an enthusiastic individual who is comfortable driving in London and surrounding area, with multiple set ups or appointments per day. A successful Installation Technician should have sound mechanical and product knowledge (which we will teach you) and be able to work in small office spaces and drive in a van for extended periods of time. They must have exceptional communication skills, a passion for customer service and quick problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Ensure the safe delivery and assembly of products Carry out onsite product repairs specifically within seating and electric desking To ensure that all installations and repairs are carried out to Posturite standards and customers satisfaction Oversee the installation of bulk seating orders Conduct Posturite seating audits for specific companies Communicate regularly with the Office, Field and Management teams, building excellent internal relationships Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key suppliers including RH and HAG
