Installation Manager – Signage
Ashford, Kent

The Opportunity
A well-established signage business is looking to appoint an experienced Installation Manager to lead their installations function. This is a key hire for the business and would suit either an existing manager or a senior/lead installer ready to step up into a leadership role.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of the installation department, overseeing day-to-day operations while remaining hands-on when required. This role combines leadership, planning and on-site delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day running of the installation function
\n
Attending site and supporting installations when required
\n
Leading, mentoring and developing installation teams
\n
Managing subcontractors and coordinating site activity
\n
Ensuring all work is delivered in line with health & safety standards
\n
Making informed decisions based on H&S procedures
\n
Maintaining high standards of quality and service delivery
\n
What We’re Looking For
\n
Strong background in signage installation at a senior level
\n
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
\n
Full UK driving licence (essential)
\n
CSCS card (essential)
\n
IPAF and PASMA (desirable)
\n
Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients and teams
\n
Organised, detail-focused and able to work under pressure
\n
IT literate with good planning skills
\n
