Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Installation Manager to join the team!\n\nLocation: Birmingham \n\nSalary: £40,000-£50,000\n\nJob Type: Full Time, Permanent\n\nInstallation Manager - The Role\n\nOur client is a rooftop Solar PV and Battery Storage specialist who is looking for a new Installation Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of domestic and commercial retrofit projects. \n\nThey need someone who can take full ownership of the installation journey, driving customer satisfaction through ensuring a high quality of installations across the board. \n\nInstallation Manager - Key Responsibilities:\n\n - Manage end-to-end delivery of domestic and commercial renewable installations\n\n- Act as the technical lead across solar PV, battery and ASHP systems\n\n- Oversee customer journey from booking to handover\n\n- Liaise with installers, subcontractors, and internal teams\n\n- Improve operational processes to support business growth\n\n- Ensure all installations meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards\n\nInstallation Manager – You:\n\n- Proven experience as an Installation Manager or in a similar role within renewables\n\n- Strong technical expertise across solar PV, battery storage, and air source heat pump systems\n\n- Demonstrable experience managing full end-to-end installation processes for domestic and commercial customers\n\n- Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to build trust with homeowners, business owners and installers\n\n- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects\n\nInstallation Manager - Benefits:\n\n- Clear career progression plan\n\n- Discretionary bonus scheme\n\n- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays \n\n- Private Healthcare + Gym membership \n\n- Company car \n\nTo submit your CV for this exciting Installation Manager opportunity, please click ‘Apply’ now
