We are recruiting a skilled inspection operative to join our team at IBF in Holyhead!

Key responsibilities will include: 

Responsible for the day-to-day operational functionality and performance of the inspection operations from off-load from trailers to presentation for inspection and reload on to trailers. 

•       Loading and unloading lorries including manual handling, using roller cages and other MHE 

•       Undertaking manual and/or electronic reporting requirements as requested 

•       Take instruction from our on-site partners to support the inspection process 

•       Updating the PINC Yard Management System following training 

•       Carry out operational tasks to achieve departmental and site objectives 

•       Maintain the inspection environment following training 

•       Assist drivers locating bays, support drivers in direction to bays and offices

The ideal candidate will have: 

Logistics experience in a large fast-moving environment 

Understanding of warehouse practices e.g. loading, unloading vehicles. xbpsjku  

Forklift licence/experience ideal. 

Shift patterns will be any 4/7– 12hrs per day 

You would be required to work Days and nights  6am-6pm/6pm-6am 

To be eligible you need: 

NO unspent convictions and be able to pass a basic Criminal Record Check/Disclosure (DBS check) 

Ability to provide 3 years referencing contacts and have been resident in the UK for the last 5 years
