You will be responsible for leading the use of data to create insights and recommendations to support advice from our consultants and decision-making by our clients. Those who are courageous and use their deep business insights to cultivate innovation.Your key responsibilities will include:In collaboration with Flock consulting teams, define and scope the effort required to deliver the data analysis necessary to meet clients’ desired outcomesCollect, organise, summarise, and analyse data to support the delivery of client projects within agreed timeframes and hoursAnalyse data from a variety of data sources including Flocks tools, surveys, financial and procurement dataShare data insights within and across projects to help consultants deliver valuable advice to clientsCollaborate with the Flock tools product team to increase the quality of data analysis, improve standard reporting and reduce effort across all projects by sharing best practices and learnings from projects, covering considerations such as survey design, benchmarking, and QA approachesAssist data analysts on other client projects with troubleshooting and QAChampion best practices in tool use and data collection to enable analysis and comparison using Flock’s marketing taxonomyDisplay and present complex data and reports in a creative, simple, and understandable wayTranslate complex data sets into data visualisations for use in dashboards and presentationsEnsure data integrity and securityManage and respond to ad hoc queries and requests from stakeholdersEssential Skills for the role include:4+ years data analysis experience ideally with a focus on marketing / agency or business performanceDegree or equivalent practical experience – Ideally mathematics or science relatedExceptional reporting and analytics skillsHigh level of proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PPT, Teams, Outlook)Mastery of PowerBI and ideally knowledge of other data visualisation tools e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, otherFamiliarity with SQLNatural drive for continuous improvement and operational excellenceHigh-level of attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate confidently and clearly and demonstrate strong listening skillsConfident to assess own effort required for analysis work and describe factors that may affect the estimateAbility to multitask and prioritise to deliver work on scheduleSolutions-focused mindsetExcellent standard of written and spoken English(Nice-to-have)Familiarity with operational & financial data capture and analysis at large organisations involving many suppliersExperience with quantitative and qualitative analysis of survey dataExperience using AI tools for data analysis, reporting or visualisationWhat we offer:Continuous formal / informal training to help acquire and build specialised skills.Working with leading local and global companiesInternational and multicultural environment – we are a global consultancyDynamic and fun working environmentWe are an equal opportunities employer – We welcome applications regardless of race, religion or belief, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, ability, political affiliation, family, or parental status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
