About the Company


A well established and fast-growing renewable energy distributor, supplying solar PV, battery storage and associated equipment to installers across the UK.


The Role

This is a full time, office based Internal Sales position based in Bournemouth.


You will act as a key point of contact for customers, managing inbound enquiries, processing orders and providing product guidance across solar and storage solutions.


The role combines customer service, account management and sales, with a focus on building long term relationships and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.


You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.


Key Responsibilities


• Managing inbound customer enquiries and providing product support

• Processing orders accurately and efficiently

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities

• Supporting customers with technical and product related queries

• Coordinating with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery

• Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems


Requirements


• Experience in internal sales, customer service or account management

• Strong communication and relationship building skills

• Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

• Proactive and solutions focused mindset

• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office


Desirable


• Experience within renewable energy, solar or electrical wholesale
