Injection Moulding Setter Position Injection Moulding Setter As an Injection Moulding Setter, you will be responsible for the setting, conditioning, and optimisation of injection moulding tools to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You will work to achieve Right First Time manufacture, supporting production targets while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Reporting to Mouldshop Manager / Production Manager Pay £18.00 per hour Hours Monday to Friday, 10:00pm 6:00am Key Responsibilities Set, change, and condition injection mould tools in line with production requirements.

Start up and shut down machines safely and efficiently.

Optimise processes to achieve quality, cycle time, and scrap targets.

Respond to machine alarms and faults, carrying out first-line fault finding and corrective actions.

Ensure processing parameters are set and controlled to approved standards.

Conduct tool and process trials where required.

Carry out quality checks and ensure parts meet specification.
