Looking for a hands-on role where you’re trusted to run the shift, fix problems, and keep production moving?
This is an Injection Moulding Setter position within a well-established manufacturer producing high-quality technical plastic components.
The role
You’ll be responsible for running injection moulding machines and managing shift performance, with a focus on output, quality, and continuous improvement.

Rotating shift pattern (weekly) - 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm
Key responsibilities:
*
Setting and operating a range of injection moulding machines
*
Carrying out tool changes and working with various polymers
*
Monitoring scrap, downtime and production performance
*
Troubleshooting faults and supporting breakdowns
*
Carrying out quality checks and ensuring standards are maintained
*
Supporting and training operators on shift
*
Maintaining safe working practices and good housekeeping
Essential experience
*
Experience working on multiple injection moulding machines
*
Experience working with a range of polymers/materials
*
Proven troubleshooting and fault-finding ability
*
People management / operator support experience
*
Strong communication skills at all levels
Desirable
*
Experience with dryers, water heaters or auxiliary equipment
*
FLT / slinging
*
Experience writing SOPs or delivering training
