Artifex Interior Systems is pleased to confirm the below opportunity within our business: Injection Moulding Setter We have 3 permanent heads available.Please note this position will be on a 3-shift rotation, alternating weekly between afternoons (14:00-22:00), mornings (06:00-14:00) and nights (22:00-06:00). Main missions and results Setting tools in presses and their start up in line with production requirements. Start and Stop Injection Moulding Presses. Prepare Tools and Equipment in advance of a Tool Change. Sling and Lift Tools using Cranes. Presentation of 1st off part to Quality Dept. for 1st off process. Adhering to Artifex Quality and work procedures. Set up robot heads and load programmes. Proactively communicating faults, and collaborating with tool-room/maintenance to support resolution in accordance with Artifex procedures Ensure accurate completion of job packs prior to and at Tool Change.
