We are working with a fantastic organisation based in Huntingdon to provide legal support to the company's criminal litigation team with an emphasis on the company’s recycling workstreams.

Typical duties include: Investigating incidents and preparing evidence for both company prosecutions and defence against regulatory actions Supporting regulatory interviews Advising internal stakeholders on prosecution strategy Managing external legal resources

The successful candidate Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with 3+ years litigation experience Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Able to work independently Commercially minded
