Legal Counsel (in-House) Property development firm £100K-£110K London office (full office based role) Main Duties: ? Draft and/or review leases, sale and purchase, development, planning, construction, consultant appointment, property management, financing and other agreements and tenancy documents. ? Handle and/or manage and advise on the Group's acquisition/disposal transactions, due diligence and title investigations, litigation proceedings, sale and leasing of properties, company secretarial and insurance matters. ? Advise and work closely with all business/control/support functions such as Projects, Cost Control, Marketing, Human Resources & Administration, Finance and Information Technology on legal issues arising from the Group's business and operations. ? Assist with the review, updating and implementation of company policies to ensure compliance of new legislation and regulations. ? Conduct legal research, advise and provide business units with updates and training on legal and statutory developments of relevance to the Group's businesses and operations. ?
