Description
Support in deployment of new firewalls on multiple sites Migrate devices into In Tune Maintain and optimise IT infrastructure to support business operations. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Implement updates and patches to ensure system security and compliance. Provide support for hardware, software, and network-related inquiries. Collaborate with internal teams to align IT solutions with business needs. Document system configurations and update technical manuals as necessary. Assist in the planning and execution of infrastructure upgrades. Ensure data backup and recovery systems are functioning effectively.Profile
A successful Infrastructure Engineer should have:
Palo Alto Firewalls including SD-WAN and Global Protect Quest (they are doing a number of migrations between domains) Aruba Central Wi-Fi (both setting up and migrating from Aruba standalone to a Centralised solution) In-Tune Migration of devices in Deployment of packages including Microsoft EDR tools Azure...
