Infrastructure Operations Manager\n\nDGH Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the professional services industry who require an Infrastructure Operations Manager to join the firm in London to manage a team of 9 who provide IT operational support.\n\nThis will be a hybrid role with 3 days in the office required per week.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n* Lead the 24/7 operational support function, providing strategic oversight of the firm's IT systems and ensuring services remain cost-effective, resilient, and aligned with business priorities.\n* Build and develop a high-performing operations team, working with HR and Procurement to optimise workforce capability, vendor performance, and service partner engagement.\n* Maintain accountability for third-party service delivery, ensuring supplier SLAs and KPIs are met and taking corrective action where required.\n* Ensure compliance with security, patching, and configuration standards, including Cyber Essentials Plus\n\nKey Skills:\n\n* Proven leadership and team-management capability, with the ability to define and deliver an operational vision that aligns IT outcomes to business goals.\n* Extensive experience in IT operations and service management, with a record of driving process standardisation and automation.\n* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, demonstrating credibility with senior management and the ability to influence outcomes across business and technology teams.\n* Broad technical understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including networks, data centres, cloud platforms, and operational tooling.
