Job Description
Infrastructure/Security/DevOps
A high‑growth AI company is building the next of workflow automation for large enterprises — and are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to help scale their platform as they onboard global customers.
The product transforms complex, manual processes into fully automated AI systems used across large, distributed teams. Backed by top-tier investors and growing rapidly, they're now strengthening their infrastructure foundations to support the next phase of expansion.
They are looking for an experienced engineer to lead the development of their cloud systems, security posture, reliability culture, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Architect, implement, and scale cloud infrastructure to support rapid growth
Prepare systems and processes for SOC 2 / ISO 27001 audit readiness
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across backend, frontend, and data services
Develop and manage logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting systems
Lead efficient on‑call and incident-response processes
Monitor and optimise cloud spend
Tech Stack
Cloud: Azure (AWS a plus)
IaC: Terraform
Containers: AKS (Kubernetes), Docker
CI/CD: GitHub Actions
Observability: Logging, metrics, tracing frameworks
Security: Secrets management, scanning tools, cloud best practices
Networking: VPCs, private networking, DNS, load balancers, VPNs, firewalls
Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL, blob storage
Automation: Python or Bash
Requirements
4–7 years of experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
Strong track record owning infrastructure end‑to‑end
Experience in high‑growth or high‑load environments
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
History of driving reliability, security, and cost efficiency
Someone who thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments and enjoys solving hard problems
