Salary - Up to £62,000


About the Role

Join our Technology Service Management team and play a key role in delivering service excellence. As an ITSM Analyst, you’ll enhance ITSM processes, drive compliance, and champion continuous improvement in a dynamic, global environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and optimize ITSM processes for better performance.
  • Lead Change Management practices, including CAB meetings.
  • Support Major Incident and Problem Management, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with teams to promote ITSM best practices and governance.
  • Prepare audit evidence and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of ITSM experience, ideally in financial/Insurance services.
  • ITIL Foundation (Intermediate preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Agile mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
