Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Security and Compliance person to join their team in Reading. The Role Reporting to the Senior Quality Systems & Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining, analysing, and improving the organisations security, audit, and business continuity processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and an interest in security, risk, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Support physical and cyber security requirements in line with company policies Assist with audit preparation and compliance activities Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Conduct risk assessments and Business Impact Analyses (BIA) Support incident response, disaster recovery, and data breach protocols Maintain GDPR compliance and data protection processes Promote awareness of security and continuity procedures across the business Assist in testing and improving continuity plans through exercises and simulations Maintain documentation, registers, and reporting systems Support quality management activities and presentations What Were Looking For ...
