Our Client Services team is a vital cog in the wheel of the agency - delivering world-class relationships and project management skills for our clients, whilst ensuring that all accounts are not only commercially healthy but also, ideally, growing year on year.
About You:
A successful Account Manager on our Influencer team is someone who combines a deep understanding of influencer marketing with first-rate relationship and project management skills. You will have a solid agency background, ideally with more than two years’ experience, and will have played a pivotal role in delivering Influencer campaigns that drive meaningful results for your clients.
You will be someone who can confidently interpret a client’s brief and translate it into strategic influencer activity - whether that’s crafting an influencer programme, managing paid collaborations, event executions or navigating organic social storytelling.
You understand how influencer programmes fit into wider brand and marketing strategies, and you’re able to advise clients on how best to leverage talent to drive reach, engagement and authenticity. You must be comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders including clients, creators, agents and internal teams, while also ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, on brand and within budget.

Responsibilities:
As an Influencer Account Manager/Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the influencer “always on” program and supporting projects from conception to completion including, but not limited to the below:
- Being the day-to-day point person for clients, internal teams and third parties.
- Working with the Account Director to shape and drive the ongoing influencer strategy, constantly optimising campaigns to achieve the absolute best results for clients, while considering their performance across different channels.
- Managing influencer budgets to ensure we are within fee and driving the best results.
- Managing a direct report and overseeing their day-to-day tasks, influencers and markets – ensuring tasks and priorities are clear.
- Leading on tools and processes for our various influencer programmesto ensure they are fit for purpose and we’re utilising these efficiently, proactively reviewing and flagging where further efficiencies can be made.
- Updating our internal systems and trackers including, but not limited to: Processing purchase orders, purchase invoices and sales invoices, updating master client facing budget tracking docs and connecting with our in-house Commercial team.
- Reviewing and reporting on influencer results against set KPIs, alongside the Strategy team.
- Confidently leading the review and approval process of influencer content and managing the feedback process to ensure content is in line with client guidelines and expectations.
- Recruiting new influencers across multiple markets to participate in the influencer programme and assisting with negotiations, then managing these partnerships through to final content delivery and invoice submission.
- Manage contract negotiations with talent/talent managers, confidently leading the amends and feedback process, and aligning with clients for final approval.
- Leading on standalone campaigns from start to end from R&E submission to final delivery and invoicing. Tasks include but arenot limited to:Liaising with our Resource Manager and freelancers to schedule resource for creative projects, preparing clear and concise supporting briefs, and hosting briefing sessions.
- Supporting in driving the implementation of the social strategy and influencer marketing across our client base.
- Supporting the Account Director to build relationships across the agency, helping to educate and broaden awareness of influencer marketing and any opportunities for education with agency team members.
- Supporting Account Director in the new business process from the pitching point onwards, helping to craft proposals.
- Actively seeking the latest trends to provide recommendations for social media and influencers (including paid media).
- Contributing to educational webinars internally and externally and being the go-to for all influencer-related queries.
- Account admin support such as contact reports, status reports, project timing plans, maintaining Asana, keeping teams updated on new influencer content via dedicated Slack channel and ensuring various documents and guidelines for both clients and internal teams are up to date.
- Provide account management support across other areas of the business as and when required.

Interview Process:
- 1st Interview: 30 minutes Teams call with the department’s Account Director
- 2nd Interview: Approx 1 hour in-person interview with a role-specific task. This will be at our offices in Bradford-on-Avon, with the departments Account Director and one of our Managing Directors
£30,000- £40,000 per annum- depending on experience.
