Industrial Refrigeration Engineer - Central Belt - to £52k. Paid door to door. 40 hour week, with typically 10 hours a week of overtime available, 1 in 4 call out with £235 standby allowance. 26 days holiday.
This role involves service, maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial and commercial refrigeration systems across sites such as:
Low temperature food distribution centres
Chill temperature distribution stores
In line freezing plant for the food industry
Air blast freezing plant
Large water chilling plant for the dairy industry
Ice production plants for chemical process
Process cooling plant for the chemical industry
Horizontal and vertical plate freezing
Abattoir plants
Pumped ammonia with hot gas defrost
Low pressure receiver systems with reverse cycle defrostYou will have
Valid FGas certification and Ammonia Safe Handling training.
City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (or equivalent).
