We are searching for a driven recruiter to join our busy Lincoln office to expand our presence in the supply to Industrial & Logistics markets.
The Role
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to play a key role in identifying, attracting, and winning new business within the Industrial and Logistics sector. This is a full 360 sales role, requiring proactive new business development through cold calling, site visits, and using initiative to build relationships via alternative and creative methods. You will be responsible for opening doors within existing accounts to maximise opportunities and grow revenue.
