Based at our Head Office (Hilmore House, Bradford), you'll be part of a high-performing 89-person Property division, directly influencing the operational excellence that supports thousands of colleagues and millions of customers daily.

The Impact You'll Have:

This isn't a shadow role, it's hands-on property management from day one. Working closely with the Head of Estates and Senior Estates Manager , your responsibilities will include: • Strategic Asset Management: Dive into initiatives and projects that protect and enhance the value of our 800+ commercial properties (including supermarkets, distribution centres, and manufacturing sites). • Commercial Negotiation: Get practical experience with significant commercial processes like lease renewals and rent reviews. • Financial Oversight: Partner with our Property Finance team to manage, track, and optimize millions in income and operational costs, including service charge budgeting and reconciliation. • Operational Command: Oversee day-to-day property functions, ensuring the integrity of our critical lease event database and driving key ad-hoc property projects.

About you Who We Are Looking For

We need a proactive, detail-oriented student ready to make a tangible contribution.

• Currently studying a Real Estate or closely related degree discipline. • Strong logical thinker with intermediate proficiency in Excel and a sharp attention to detail. • A natural team player with the confidence to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all business levels. • Experience in data management is a plus.
