Move to Clarksville, TN — Industrial Maintenance Technician
Relocation Assistance: $3,000 Available
Location: Clarksville, Tennessee
Pay: $29.15–$33.15/hr to start (with shift premium, full benefits & 401K match)
Shift: 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM | 2-2-3 rotating schedule
Earning Potential: Up to $36.75/hr within 6–18 months

The Opportunity
We are hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians with strong mechanical AND electrical troubleshooting skills to support a highly automated production facility utilizing:
Siemens PLCs
Robotics & automation
AGVs
VFDs, motors, sensors & advanced industrial controls
This is a hands-on, technical role in a modern manufacturing environment with real advancement potential.
What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems
Work directly with PLCs (Siemens), automation systems, AGVs & robotics
Perform preventive, predictive & emergency maintenance
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics & technical manuals
Complete light welding & fabrication as needed
Maintain accurate CMMS documentation
Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of industrial maintenance experience
Multi-craft skillset (mechanical + electrical)
Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in warm manufacturing environments & lift 50 lbs
High school diploma or GED
Compensation & Benefits
$29.15–$33.15/hr starting pay
