What you'll be doing:
As an Industrial Leader, you'll be the driving force behind the industrialisation of serial programmes and design-to-cost projects. You'll work closely with global suppliers and cross-functional teams across engineering, tooling, and operations to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement.
Your role will include:
Leading industrialisation: Support supplier selection and manage the transition of work through robust business processes. Solving real-time challenges: Tackle technical issues that disrupt plant operations or supply chains, ensuring quick resolution and minimal impact. Driving innovation: Collaborate on design and manufacturing changes, bringing your expertise to continuous product development.
