The Job Youll Do;This is a predominantly field based role, based at customer sites nationally and occasionally internationally Maintenance, installation and upgrades of electrical panels and switchboards Fault finding, testing and repairSupervision of all personnel working in the Company workshop and on Client sites/vessels, including Company employees, Contract & Subcontracted personnel. Maintaining safe working practices and ensuring all employees, contractors and visitors are operating within the companys Health & Safety policy rules. Final testing of equipment, updating basic drawings in AutoCAD and EPlan, ordering materials, assisting with onsite surveys and costings for quotes. Producing job specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), on site permits and policing POWRAs. Maintaining good housekeeping standards, ensuring PPE is maintained and used correctly. Verifying Employees and Contractors time sheetsAbout You;Time served apprenticeship, qualified to NVQ Level 3 or above in Electrical Engineering or similar Previous electrical marine, offshore or oil & gas experience (desirable) Able to understand & interpret electrical schematic drawings Successful candidates must be able to work flexibly and unsupervised. The ability to form strong and long-lasting customer relationship Full Driving Licence Willing to travel nationally, and occasionally internationally as required JBRP1_UKTJ
