The Role

Working closely with a Partner and senior fee earners, the successful candidate will assist on litigated occupational health claims. This is a varied and meaningful role, offering exposure to high-value, sensitive cases from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting witness statements and other legal documents
• Liaising with clients, experts, and counsel with professionalism
• Supporting case preparation and day-to-day matter management
• Maintaining accurate records and working to service-level expectations

Candidate Profile

• Academic background in law is desirable
• Experience in industrial disease required
• Empathetic and client-focused, with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and organisational ability
