We are currently recruiting for an Induction Hardening Operator to join an established engineering and manufacturing business.
This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, working with induction hardening equipment to ensure components meet required specifications and quality standards.
The Role Operating induction hardening machinery
Setting up components ready for heat treatment
Monitoring temperatures and process cycles
Performing basic quality checks
Reading and working from engineering drawings
Recording production data accurately
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
This role may suit someone with previous induction hardening experience, or a heat treatment / CNC / machine operator looking to move into induction processing.
Requirements Experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment
Previous induction hardening or heat treatment experience preferred
Ability to read engineering drawings
Good attention to detail
Comfortable working in a production setting
Reliable and proactive attitude
Full training can be provided for the right candidate with relevant manufacturing experience.
