About the Role
We are recruiting Indonesian speaking Market Researchers to support an upcoming international insights project with a leading global research agency.
This is a telephone-based market research role, you will be conducting structured interviews with business professionals, following a clear script, and accurately capturing their responses. Full training and guidance are provided.
What You'll Be Doing
Conducting professional telephone interviews in Indonesian Following a structured script to gather accurate insights Recording responses clearly and efficiently Representing the client with professionalism at all times
What We're Looking For
Fluent Indonesian speaker with good English communication Confident phone manner and ability to follow structured questions Previous market research or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
