Individual Giving Manager - Development

We're recruiting an Individual Giving Manager to lead our warm programme, which brings in around £1.2 million in donated income annually. The role involves campaign and project management, innovation, and creative thinking. You will analyze results and use insights to optimize campaigns.

As an Individual Giving Manager, you will:

• Develop and implement supporter development programmes across multiple channels, including direct mail, telemarketing, DRTV, digital, and products like cash, raffle, regular giving, and weekly lottery.
• Assist the Senior Individual Giving Manager in developing strategies to maximize supporter lifetime value and long-term net income for Barnardo's.
• Manage income and expenditure budgets.
• Line manage up to three direct reports.

Requirements:

• Experience in fundraising, particularly in direct marketing across various channels.
• Proven ability to deliver campaigns using a project management approach.
