The Role
Working closely with teaching staff, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day life of the classroom and the wider school community. Responsibilities will include:
Providing high-quality classroom support across a broad and engaging curriculum Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to extend learning and reinforce understanding Supporting pupils with diverse learning needs, ensuring they are fully engaged and challenged Assisting in the preparation of high-quality learning resources Contributing to the smooth running of the classroom and maintaining high standards of behaviour and engagement
