In this role, you will support customers to sustain their tenancies, maintain their independence in their own homes, and actively encourage customer engagement. As the Independent Living Co-ordinator, you will provide a visible, on-site presence across the schemes, acting as a customer advocate and playing a key role in the effective management of communal health and safety.
