As a Financial Adviser, you will be delivering tailored financial advice and developing lasting client relationships. This full-time role offers starting salary of £45,000 and benefits.

You will be responsible for:

Managing and growing a portfolio of clients through referrals, networking, and introducers. Conducting comprehensive reviews, gathering and analysing financial information to make appropriate recommendations. Maintaining accurate and compliant records in line with internal procedures and industry standards. Completing the required number of annual CPD hours, including structured learning, to maintain professional development Supporting and upholding positive consumer outcomes in line with the principles of Consumer Duty. Working closely with a professional support team of paraplanners and administrators to ensure efficient delivery of service. Keeping abreast of regulatory, product, and industry changes, ensuring compliance at all times.
