Join Our Team as an Inbound Banking Customer Service Advisor! Location: Northampton Contract Type: Fixed Term (June 1, 2026 - June 30, 2026) Working Pattern: Full Time, shifts between the hours of 8am - 8pm - 5 out of 7 days (2 days in the office)
Training is 8 weeks on site 9am - 5pm

What You'll Do: As an Inbound Banking Customer Service Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:
Engaging with Customers: Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor. Providing Solutions: Assist customers with account-related questions, transactions, and troubleshooting issues. Building Relationships: Foster trust and rapport with customers to ensure a positive banking experience.
