This role offers the opportunity to scale TOCA Social’s inbound tourism, travel trade, and local community revenue channels across our UK venues.You will own the strategy, partnerships, and commercial performance of the inbound and community sales function, positioning TOCA Social as a must-visit experiential destination within both the international travel trade ecosystem and local venue communities.Role Scope & ResponsibilitiesSome of your responsibilities will include:Develop and execute the inbound tourism, travel trade, and community partnership strategy aligned with company growth objectivesOwn inbound, trade, and community revenue performance across UK venues, including forecasting and KPI trackingBuild and manage partnerships with tour operators, DMCs, group organisers, ticketing intermediaries, hotels, and tourism stakeholdersDrive structured school trip programmes, youth and grassroots football partnerships, and recurring local group bookingsCreate revenue-generating programmed events including tournaments, club nights, holiday camps, and themed community activationsEstablish clear pricing frameworks, contracting standards, and account management processesPartner closely with Venue General Managers to align outreach with venue targets and peak trading periodsSupport Corporate Sales by converting community and local business relationships into corporate bookings and private hireRepresent TOCA Social at trade shows, tourism expos, networking events, and community forumsDevelop scalable systems, CRM processes, and reporting tools to support continued growthSupport new venue openings with pre-launch inbound and community engagement strategiesWhat we are looking forProven experience in inbound tourism, travel trade sales, attractions, hospitality, experiential leisure, or community partnership rolesStrong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering measurable revenue growthEstablished network within UK and international travel trade markets preferredDemonstrated ability to convert partnerships into recurring revenue streamsExperience building relationships with schools, grassroots football clubs, local businesses, hotels and tourism partnersConfident external brand ambassador with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skillsHighly organised, data-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-scaling environmentWillingness to travel domestically and internationally as requiredWhy work with us at TOCA Social?You’ll have full access to our TOCA Treats, which includes (but is not limited to!):Competitive salaryCompetitive holiday allowanceComplimentary TOCA games!Huge discounts on our F&BFree meal whilst on shiftLocal retail & hospitality discounts!Teammate Assistance Programme with access to free counselling sessionsCycle 2 Work SchemePotential for future opportunities within our growing brand!If you think you have what it takes, apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr
