Were looking for an In-Life Customer Support Assistant to join our In-Life and End-of-Contract teams in Lyde Green, Bristol (BS16 7LB). This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys supporting both internal teams and external customers. The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Administration of setting up and termination of all vehicles in the Ayvens fleet
Support frontline teams with technical support relating to any processes and queries.
Ensure that tasks are completed in agreed SLAs and to a high level of accuracy.
