Your responsibilities include: * Assisting the Department Manager in the smooth running of the department. * Entering jobs and manifests onto the FMS System. * Supplying the warehouse and all other depots with information required to enable the prompt and efficient off-loading of trailers. * Liaising with Agents and customers alike to ascertain their needs and requirements in order to ensure all deliveries are completed in a timely fashion. * Daily collating of necessary and required information from hauliers of arrival/departure times. * Daily calculation of prices and costs for certain manifests. * Assist the dept manager with the consolidation and presentation of data for monthly KPI reporting. * Training of new staff as and when required.
