As an Import Operator, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing import shipments from arrival to delivery for both air and sea freight
* Overseeing customs documentation and compliance requirements
* Liaising with airlines, shipping lines, hauliers, and third-party providers
* Maintaining accurate shipment data and financial records
* Resolving operational challenges to ensure timely deliveries
As an Import Operator, your experience will include:
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
* Previous experience in import operations (air and sea preferred)
* Commercial awareness and analytical skills (advantageous)
