Key Responsibilities Import Export Manager: Manage day-to-day ocean freight import and export shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Act as the key point of contact for clients, shipping lines, hauliers, and overseas agents.

Oversee and prepare all required documentation: bills of lading, customs entries, commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.

Ensure full compliance with UK customs procedures and international trade regulations.

Support road freight import/export operations where necessary.

Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve any delays or issues.

Provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

Continuously seek process improvements and cost efficiencies.
